Flexural Strength (28 days): ≥ 11 N/mm²

Consumption: Approximately 16.5 to 17.5 kg/m² per cm of thickness

Uses:

Ultratop Industrial is used internally in industrial buildings, for levelling and smoothing new or existing concrete and screed substrates in thicknesses from 5 to 40 mm. Ultratop Industrial can be used inside warehouse industrial areas and surfaces where rubberwheeled vehicles are in use. Ultratop Industrial may be left as a finished floor due to its high mechanical strength and resistance to abrasion and thanks to its versatility, is suitable for numerous applications in the building sector for industrial use.

Decorative Concrete Screed

Ultratop is a high-performance, self-levelling cementitious screed formulated with advanced hydraulic binders to create durable exposed finished floors between 5 mm and 40 mm thick. It is highly valued in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces for its rapid-setting and ultra-quick hardening properties, allowing surfaces to accept light foot traffic in just 3 to 4 hours and ensuring minimal project downtime. Beyond its rapid curing, Ultratop delivers excellent compressive and flexural strength

, outstanding resistance to heavy pedestrian wear and rubber-tyred vehicle traffic, and complies with low indoor VOC emission standards. The system is exceptionally versatile and available in six core powder colours—standard (beige going on light brown), white, light grey, beige, red, and anthracite—which can be left with a smooth natural appearance, diamond-polished to a high-gloss sheen, or mixed with aggregates to form traditional terrazzo matrices.
